CORE EXCHANGE POLICY
OVERVIEW
At BMA-Autohaus, we offer a core exchange program to help you get your vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible. Items that have a core exchange are identified as such in our online store. Here's how our core exchange program works:
SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY FOR CORE EXCHANGE
(a) Your core must be a genuine OEM part and match the part purchased on our store.
(b) Your core must be in rebuildable condition and must not be damaged beyond repair or have any evidence of liquid ingress.
(c) Your core must be returned within 15 days of receiving your replacement part.
SECTION 2 - CORE EXCHANGE PROCESS
(a) Purchase the replacement part from our website.
(b) We will ship the replacement part to you.
(c) You will then have 5 days to send us a tracking number of your return core to us.
(d) Once we receive your core and verify that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will refund the core charge to your original form of payment within 10 business days.
SECTION 3 - CORE EXCHANGE POLICY EXCLUSIONS
(a) Cores that have been previously repaired or rebuilt are not eligible for exchange.
(b) Cores that are damaged beyond repair will not be accepted.
(c) We reserve the right to refuse any core exchange if the core does not meet our eligibility criteria.
SECTION 4 - CORE CHARGE
(a) A core charge will be added to your purchase price, which is a deposit that ensures you will return your old part to us.
(b) Once we receive your core and verify that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will refund the core charge to your original form of payment within 10 business days.
