REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, or exchanges if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria or if the request is made beyond the specified timeframes.
SECTION 1 – EXCEPTIONS
Some items may be exempt from our Refund, Return and Exchange policy due to their nature, such as custom order made to VIN parts. In such cases, we will inform you of the policy at the time of purchase or in the items description.
SECTION 2 – INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS
If we have shipped you the wrong item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require you to return the incorrect item to us, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
SECTION 3 – CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you change your mind about a product you have purchased from us, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition, the item will be assessed to see if it meets these criteria before a change of mind refund is issued. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
REFUNDS

You may be eligible for a refund If a product you purchased from us is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the specified description. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, gift cards, or downloadable software, are not eligible for refunds.
SECTION 2 - REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. Provide your order details, including the order number and a clear explanation describing all defects, damage or how it may not meet our description with any supporting pictures. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days and notify you if it has been approved or rejected. We will instruct you weather the item you purchased will need to be returned to us or not. If approved we will initiate the refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, as per your preference. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary based on your payment provider.
SECTION 3 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for funds to arrive in your account as domestic and international payments use different payment systems are all factors to how long a transfer may take. After 10 days if your refund has still not arrived please contact us.
SECTION 4 – SHIPPING COSTS
If we request you to return the product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. The customer is to pay for the return shipping upfront and send us a copy of the invoice of shipping costs and that amount will be refunded with the original purchase amount.

We will arrange pickup of the item and send you a label to stick on the package for collection by our selected courier.
